When asked what enlisted member would best represent the WT division to the rest of TAW, WT DO Patamon pointed the OS crew in the direction of a Croatian WWII buff callsign: RobZombie. Though he has been in TAW for just a scant two months, RobZombie has already achieved a rank of Gunnery Sergeant and a position in the DI offices. QuinoaAOC of the newsletter team took a minute of the Sergeant's time and here's what he had to say
Tell us a little about yourself...
I'm 30 years old guy from Croatia, working while trying to finish my college and living with my gamer geek girlfriend. :-)=
What's something surprising that other TAW members may not know about you?
I have a big birthmark on a private place and two braids on my beard like Jack Sparrow but much more cool.
What led you to join TAW instead of one of World of Tanks many other gaming groups?
I'm not going to be a propaganda officer and glorify TAW. I was in one clan that wasn't very active when I saw a guy recruiting for TAW. I decided to give it a shot. So far so good.
What is it about TAW that you feel sets it apart from other clans?
This is my second clan that I'm in so I can't say what sets it apart from all others. So far it's the best one that I've been in.
If you could change anything about TAW as a clan, what would you change and why?
We had some problems recently when we lost lots of good members. I would like to get them back.
In your short time in TAW, what has been the most memorable experience you have had in game with your clanmates?
Many small things while platooning but best thing was tank races in our trainings.
Just two months in and already you're a Gunnery Sergeant with a position as a DI, are you looking to progress further in TAW or are you just eager to help build the community of the game you enjoy?
I started to play WOT because I love WWII games, especially parts where you drive a tank. When I saw this game I knew from the start that I'll like it. My entrance into TAW was pure coincidence. I had no desires for any ranks or other obligations but to shoot some tanks. After some time some higher ranking officer offered me position of Drill Instructor and after that a position of Field Specialist. I replied that I'd give it a shot and so far nobody complained about me, at least not as much as I know... :-)=
Are there any parting comments you would like to leave for your fellow WT or TAW members?
Remember, this is just a game, have fun!
